Is oven cleaning included?
Yes. Cleaning the oven, hob, extractor and inside the fridge/freezer is included in our end of tenancy price. Please switch the fridge off to defrost before we arrive.
How long does an end of tenancy clean take?
Usually between 5 and 8 hours depending on the size and condition of the property. Larger homes may have more than one cleaner.
Are carpets cleaned?
Carpets are vacuumed as standard. Many tenancy agreements require professional carpet cleaning, so check yours; you can add carpet steam cleaning in the PreQuote.
Does the property need to be empty?
Ideally yes. It’s much easier to clean inside cupboards, wardrobes and behind furniture once your belongings have been moved out.
